Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern the relationship between Zealots of Nature България ("the Provider") and users of this website in relation to the services and products offered. By using the site you accept these Terms.

Scope

These Terms apply to all requests made through the site — enquiries and product orders — to the extent the relevant service is offered by the Provider.

Orders

Orders are placed online through the site.
A contract is formed once you receive an order-confirmation email.
We may decline or cancel an order in case of an obvious pricing or stock error, in which case we will notify you and refund any payment made.

Personalised products

Where we offer personalised products (your text and/or image printed on a product):

By uploading an image or text you confirm that you own the rights to it or have permission to use it, and that it does not infringe third-party rights (copyright, trademarks, other people's personal data) and is not unlawful or offensive.
You grant us a non-exclusive right to store, process and print the uploaded content solely to fulfil your order.
We may refuse to produce an order whose content breaches these Terms — we will notify you and refund any payment made.
Personalised products are made to your order, so the right of withdrawal does not apply to them (Art. 57 of the Consumer Protection Act — see "Right of withdrawal" below).
Uploaded images are stored for a limited time (see the Privacy Policy); a small image of the finished design remains with your order.

Prices and payment

Prices include VAT unless stated otherwise and may be shown in EUR and BGN.
We accept card payments, cash on delivery, and bank transfer to the account provided; a discount may apply for bank transfer.
Card payments are processed by Stripe. Card details are entered directly with the payment provider — we neither receive nor store them.

Delivery

We deliver to the address you provide by courier, or offer collection in person where available.
Delivery times and costs are shown at checkout.
The risk of loss or damage passes to you on receipt of the goods.

Right of withdrawal

As a consumer you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason.
The statutory minimum period is 14 days (Art. 50 of the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act). Where the period stated above is longer, it applies as a voluntary commitment we make to you.
The right does not apply to made-to-order or personalised goods, perishable food, or products unsealed after delivery for hygiene reasons (Art. 57).
To exercise the right, notify us at info@zealotsofnature.bg within the period.

Returns and refunds

Return the goods within 14 days of giving notice of withdrawal.
The direct cost of returning the goods is yours unless agreed otherwise.
We refund payments within 14 days of the notice, using the same payment method.

Legal guarantee

Goods conform to the contract. In case of non-conformity you have your statutory rights, including repair, replacement or a refund, within 2 years of delivery.

Your account

You may create an account on the site. An account is optional — you can also order as a guest.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the details in your account and for keeping your password safe. If you believe someone else has access to your account, tell us at info@zealotsofnature.bg.
You can download your account data and delete your account at any time from the "Profile" page. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
After deletion we keep the records of orders you have already placed for as long as accounting and tax law requires.
We may suspend or close an account for abuse or breach of these Terms, and will notify you if we do.

Complaints and disputes

We accept consumer complaints at info@zealotsofnature.bg. You may refer a dispute to the Bulgarian Commission for Consumer Protection (kzp.bg) or the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).

Governing law

Bulgarian law applies.

Changes

We may update these Terms. The current version is always available on this page.

Instructions on withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the contract, without giving any reason, within 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party you name (other than the carrier), takes possession of the goods. Where several goods from one order are delivered separately, the period runs from the day of the last delivery.
To exercise the right, inform us of your decision by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) to: ДУНДИН БРАДЪРС ЕООД, с. Присово, email: info@zealotsofnature.bg. You may use the model form below, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send your statement before the withdrawal period expires. We will acknowledge receipt without delay (e.g. by email).
If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except any additional costs where you chose a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision. We will reimburse you using the same means of payment, unless you expressly agree otherwise; the reimbursement costs you nothing.
We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you supply proof of having sent them back, whichever happens first.
Send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you notified us of the withdrawal.
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are liable only for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is needed to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the exceptions listed under "Right of withdrawal" above (Art. 57 of the Consumer Protection Act).
